All orders that qualify for delivery as stated (except for self pickup orders), will be delivered free of charge to the closest AKIS EXPRESS Store in your area, where you can then collect it at your
convenience. If your delivery address is not standard, current, or accessible or if you have entered incorrect delivery information, we reserve the right to charge an extra delivery fee.
Important Notice:
The Company cannot be held responsible for any delay or failure in fulfilling an order, whatever the cause.
The Company will, however, notify the customer immediately it is informed of any change in order or delivery status.
We will aim to dispatch your products within 5-7 working days from your order.
As soon as your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email outlining your order.
Whilst we make every effort to meet the above timescale, during busy periods, deliveries might be a little longer.
We apologise if this is the case but we will do our best to get your parcel sent out as quickly as possible.
